Based on previous research by Bitget, there is a significant gender gap in public participation and access to funding for women, resulting in limited opportunities. Therefore, Bitget has initiated the B4H Ambassador Program to bridge this gap by welcoming outstanding women leaders who will serve as role models, builders, supporters, and mentors, elevating the capabilities of the next generation of female talents and leaders through their guidance, assistance, and expertise.
Currently, the B4H Ambassador Program has attracted three outstanding women, including Tess Hau, Founder of Tess Ventures, Yevheniia Broshevan, Co-founder of Hacken, and Cecilia Hsueh, CEO of Layer2 ecosystem project Morph.

The program encompasses a range of special projects and activities to cultivate capable female leaders and create a supportive and inclusive environment. Bitget’s B4H Ambassador Program will enhance the status of women in the Web3 field through various means, including four key aspects:

The program will showcase the different journeys of its image ambassadors through inspirational stories.
