The indictment also mentioned that KuCoin indirectly received over 3.2 million US dollars worth of cryptocurrencies from Tornado Cash, in relation to the criminal proceedings against two developers of Tornado Cash, Alexey Pertsev and Roman Storm, who were prosecuted by the Dutch authorities for money laundering, profiting from it.
