In addition to her imprisonment, Irina Dilkinska has been ordered to forfeit $111,440,000 and will be subject to supervised release within a month after serving her sentence.

Irina Dilkinska, who was originally responsible for overseeing legal and compliance matters, chose to participate in financial illegal activities. Her actions included laundering $110 million in illegal OneCoin profits through a company in the Cayman Islands, facilitating the fraud that deceived millions of people worldwide.
As the details of its operations were exposed, the OneCoin scam was uncovered, revealing a pyramid scheme that involved over 3 million participants and generated nearly $4.4 billion in sales. Victims were drawn in by the lure of quickly getting rich through cryptocurrency and invested over $4 billion into this scheme.
In November of last year, Irina Dilkinska admitted to wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Meanwhile, the main suspect known as the “Crypto Queen,” Ruja Ignatova, remains at large with her whereabouts unknown.
