Chen Lingjiu discusses JPEX endorsement fee: installment provided, final payment not received, less than eight digits achieved

According to yesterday’s report, regarding the JPEX fraud case, the Taiwanese judicial unit has finally taken action and summoned Chen Ling Jiu, the spokesperson for Taiwan’s largest JPEX. Chen Ling Jiu claimed that the whole incident was arranged by Liu Bo Liang, the manager of Rolling Stone Records, and he was only responsible for endorsement. He also stated that he himself is a victim. The investigation bureau is still evaluating whether to summon Liu Bo Liang.
