Trump Vows to End Encryption Enforcement War Advocates for Crypto Industry in Florida

Former US President Trump continues to express strong support for the cryptocurrency industry, stating at a rally that in the future, a large number of cryptocurrency industries will be established in his main state of Florida.

Pledge to end Biden’s cryptocurrency war
At an event last week commemorating his 78th birthday, Trump mentioned: “In order to protect the future of the country and provide more job opportunities for young people, I will end Biden’s war on cryptocurrencies. We will ensure that the future of cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, is in the United States. They will stay here, and many (cryptocurrency industries) will be established in Florida.”

Florida’s cryptocurrency tax is “lowest”
In January, Florida ranked first in the “best” state ranking for cryptocurrency taxation, with no state income tax and a reputation for cryptocurrency-friendly regulations. Florida also has a pilot program that allows businesses to pay state fees using various cryptocurrencies.

Trump also recently stated that he hopes all remaining unmined bitcoins will be mined by American companies. He believes that Bitcoin mining may be the “last line of defense against central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).”

Fearless criminal prosecution, Trump more active
Despite being convicted in late May on 34 counts of falsifying business records, becoming the first US president in history to be convicted, Trump has remained active in various campaign activities.

In a fundraising event earlier this month, Trump also emphasized that he would be the “cryptocurrency president” and claimed that he would end Biden and SEC Chairman Gary Gensler’s crusade against cryptocurrencies.

Biden’s campaign team seized the opportunity to speak out through this event, stating that Trump’s conviction highlighted the threat he poses to democracy, and that the only way to prevent Trump from returning to the White House is through voting in the presidential election.
