Taiwans NVIDIA Taipei1 Empowers the Sovereign AI to Drive the Second Wave of AI

The generative AI service platform “Dage” (officially named MediaTek DaVinci) was launched by MediaTek. Initially provided for MediaTek’s internal use, it aimed to enhance productivity and ensure data security. Later, it evolved into a generative AI service platform that external enterprises could adopt. According to a report by Digital Times, a significant feature of Dage is its capability to understand Traditional Chinese. It supports the large Traditional Chinese language model “MR BreeXe,” developed by MediaTek’s Innovation Base, along with other large language models.
