SEC Chairman Gary Gensler’s Official Response to Social Media Account Security Vulnerabilities
On January 12th, Gary Gensler, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), issued a statement stating that the official X.com account of the SEC, @SECGov, was hacked and used by hackers to disseminate false information.
