Nigerian High Court Dismisses Human Rights Lawsuit of Fugitive Binance Executive No One Attends Court

According to Nigerian financial media Nairametrics, the local High Court dismissed a fundamental human rights lawsuit filed by Binance executive Nadeem Anjarwalla against the National Security Office (NSA) and the Economic and Crimes Commission (EFCC) on, citing the absence of legal representation for both. Abuja Federal High Court ruled yesterday (19th) to reject Anjarwalla human rights lawsuit against NSA and EFCC due to the absence of legal teams from both. The judge in this case, Inyang Ekwo, stated that Anjarwalla lawyer, Tonye Krukrubo, initially claimed to replace his legal representative but no one appeared in court as a result.
