Judge Approves Majority of SECs Charges Against Binance Excludes BUSD and Earn Coin Services from Investment Contracts
A federal judge in the United States ruled in the court documents on the 28th that he would approve most of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) allegations against the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, including the involvement of BNB in securities sales during its initial coin offering (ICO) and failure to register as a broker-dealer. However, the judge dismissed the allegations that the stablecoin BUSD and the Simple Earn program were securities.
