BlackRock submits Ethereum ETF renewal documents, with millions of seed funds already invested, expected to debut in early July?
After nearly a week of the approval of the 19b-4 form for eight Ethereum ETFs by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), BlackRock has submitted a revised S-1 registration statement. The issuer still needs approval of its S-1 statement before it can begin trading. According to Bloomberg’s ETF analyst Eric Balchunas’ estimation, the Ethereum spot ETF is likely to officially debut in early July.
