South Korean Humanoid Robot Startup AeiROBOT Shines at Computex 2025 NVIDIA Inception Exhibition
At this year’s Computex 2025 NVIDIA Inception exhibition, South Korean humanoid robot startup AeiROBOT made a stunning appearance, with its humanoid robot Alice becoming the center of attention. Alice boasts a cute and appealing appearance, capable of mixing drinks, playing dice, and interacting with attendees, showcasing advanced artificial intelligence and robotic arm control technology.
NVIDIA Inception is a global accelerator program launched by NVIDIA, dedicated to supporting startups in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science, and high-performance computing. Currently, over 28,000 startups have joined the program, which provides customized SDK technical support, discounts on NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) courses, and exclusive hardware and software offers.
ALICE 4: Combining Flexible Hands with Aesthetic Appearance
Alice is the fourth-generation humanoid robot launched by AeiROBOT, realizing the vision of creating “a robot suitable for all humanity.” Its embedded AI system and self-developed gearless actuators allow Alice to autonomously complete various tasks in the real world. With up to 41 degrees of freedom in its humanoid structure, its movements are natural and coordinated.

Alice employs gearless actuators with real-time FOC control technology, featuring high precision, low friction, and near-silent operation. The leg design adopts parallel motion, effectively distributing weight and enhancing stability. Built-in with the Jetson Orin NX module, it supports visual recognition and mapping capabilities at 30-50 FPS. Coupled with an enhanced AI dialogue and gesture recognition system, it enables smooth human-robot interaction. Additionally, it can be remotely controlled via VR for imitation learning, accelerating skill enhancement. Alice is turning imagination into reality.
AIMY: AI Reception Robot for Natural Human Interaction
In addition to Alice, AeiROBOT also showcased the intelligent reception robot AIMY, which provides human reception services. AIMY stands 1.5 meters tall, weighs 44 kg, and is equipped with depth, infrared, tracking cameras, and laser sensors, allowing for precise navigation and obstacle avoidance. Its body contains an 8-inch face screen and a 13.3-inch touch screen, supporting real-time information push, path guidance, and promotional interactions.
AIMY is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 processor and an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti graphics card, capable of running large language models (such as ChatGPT), enabling natural language communication and contextual dialogue. Its highly realistic head movements and gestures enhance the interaction experience. AIMY supports modular upgrades, including a 6-DOF robotic hand, expression modules, GPU enhancements, and branded interfaces. After a quick charge of 4 hours, it can operate continuously for 8 hours, providing customer reception experiences around the clock.
