EigenLayer TVL surpasses Uniswap to become the fifth-largest protocol
According to DeFiLlama, after reopening its staking, Ethereum collateralization project EigenLayer has surpassed $6 billion in TVL, with a growth rate of 181% in the past 7 days.
Prior to temporarily lifting the 200,000 ETH staking limit for each protocol on February 6th, EigenLayer’s TVL was around $2.5 billion, still lower than the fifth-ranked Uniswap.

stETH flows into EigenLayer
Although new liquidity ETH options such as Mantle Staked Ether (mETH), Staked Frax Ether (sfrxETH), and Liquid Staked Ether (lsETH) have been added this time, the newly added funds in the past few days are still mainly stETH from Lido, accounting for approximately 80% of the new deposits.
The next largest inflows are from WETH and Swell Staked Ether (swETH). The current TVL structure is as shown below.

EigenLayer prepares for EigenDA and Operator mainnet
EigenLayer announced the end of the staking period at 4:00 am Taiwan time on February 10th. The amount of ETH deposited has reached 2.45 million, and the protocol is now preparing for the launch of EigenDA and Operator mainnet.
According to previous reports, EigenDA and Operator are the second phase of EigenLayer’s development roadmap.
