In this update, Bitwise has added a fee waiver for the first six months, reaching up to $500 million in assets under management, although subsequent fees were not disclosed

James Seyffart also stated that due to the lack of a final deadline in the S-1 form, he is not confident about the predicted listing date for the Ethereum spot ETF. The recently updated S-1 form has not changed significantly, and he does not understand why SEC staff have spent so much time on it
Similarly, another Bloomberg analyst, Eric Balchunas, expressed confusion, considering the few comments, these ETFs could easily be traded already. He speculates that a ‘problematic’ issuer may have slowed down the process, or it could simply be summer lethargy or vacations. However, all signs still point to a launch this month, with more details expected next week
Bitwise also continues to advertise for the Ethereum spot ETF, with the latest ad featuring a dialogue between the symbol of traditional finance, Big Finance, and a casually dressed young person, Ethereum. This time, Big Finance is wearing a T-shirt with ‘Blockchain’ written on it, holding a penguin doll, asking Ethereum if they want to hang out and go to the moon! But when Ethereum asks if he truly understands what going to the moon means, Big Finance simply answers ‘No!’ once again mocking traditional finance
