Bitget Wallet introduces further integration with TON network for dApp

Bitget Wallet, the leading global Web3 wallet, has launched a comprehensive support solution for the TON network, strengthening the relationship between Bitget Wallet and TON ecosystem decentralized applications (dApps) to meet the growing interest of the community.

With the integration of the TON Connect protocol, users can easily connect to TON dApps, facilitating the exploration and interaction of various applications. The newly launched TON dApp section highlights top TON dApps, including Telegram Tap2Earn and Open League modules. Users can access popular Tap2Earn games such as Catizen and Hamster Kombat, while the Open League module features incentive programs rewarding users who provide liquidity and support for TON projects.

According to Bitget Wallet’s Chief Operating Officer, Alvin Kan, the integration of the TON Connect protocol has significantly increased new users for the Web3 wallet, attributed to the growing popularity of TON ecosystem games. Alvin believes these developments will attract more users to Bitget Wallet and encourage greater participation in the TON ecosystem and the broader cryptocurrency industry.

In November last year, Bitget Wallet integrated the TON mainnet, allowing users to create TON wallets and manage assets through its app and Chrome extension. Leveraging Telegram’s 900 million users, the TON ecosystem has further expanded, with daily active addresses exceeding Ethereum, and the prevalence of Telegram bots simplifying users’ Web3 transactions.

Alvin Kan noted that “with 3.2 billion gamers globally, the on-chain gaming domain remains largely untapped. The token economy of Web3 could bring about a revolutionary game that attracts traditional players.” Bitget Wallet is committed to providing convenient and secure services to drive the adoption and application of cryptocurrencies.

Recently, Bitget Wallet launched Bitget Onchain Layer and a $10 million BWB Ecosystem Fund to accelerate the development of native dApps within Bitget Wallet, support aligned projects, and strengthen the wallet’s ecosystem. Additionally, Bitget Wallet has introduced its native token, BWB, on the Bitget Launchpad, providing community governance, access to ecosystem airdrops, and reward privileges.

These efforts underscore Bitget Wallet’s commitment to expanding its services and enhancing user engagement, solidifying its position as a key player in the Web3 and cryptocurrency industry
