US Governments Encrypted Wallet Hacked 20 Million Stolen Asset Movement by Bitfinex Hackers in 2016

In October 2023, the United States government gained control of the confiscated assets from the 2016 Bitfinex hack, which included stablecoins (Tether, USDC) and Ether. However, on October 24th, the assets in the wallet were suddenly transferred on a large scale, with a total of over 20 million dollars worth of cryptocurrency being moved to a wallet address created just five days prior.
