Unveiling the KOL “Crypto Rover”: Multiple Pump-and-Dump Schemes Exposed, Twitter Fanbase of 670,000 Turned into Gullible Investors
Cryptocurrency detective ZachXBT exposed Crypto Rover on the evening of the 20th for engaging in malicious activities such as concealing business partnerships and dumping tokens for profit. However, Rover continues to post on Twitter today, seemingly unaffected, and has blocked ZachXBT.

Cryptocurrency detective ZachXBT pointed out on the evening of the 20th that Rover is involved in malicious activities such as concealing business partnerships and dumping tokens for profit.

Crypto Rover: “I can easily increase the market value by $5 million”
Rover claimed that he could easily increase the market value from $5 million to tens of millions of dollars when collaborating with a certain project. The project also agreed to pay Rover $10,000 plus 1% of the token supply. Rover’s address can be found here.
Crypto Rover never published any business partnership posts
ZachXBT pointed out that Rover claimed multiple times to publish related tweets but failed to do so. The project then requested a refund from Rover. Rover stated that he did not engage in fraudulent behavior and cannot issue a refund. If reported by the project, he will take legal action.
Crypto Rover dumped tokens after promoting them multiple times
Crypto Rover recommended several low-market-cap tokens, claiming that he would buy and hold them long term, but he immediately sold the tokens behind the scenes. These tokens include:

Crypto Rover continues to post while deleting a large number of comments
ZachXBT stated that he is not the only KOL engaging in such behavior. The cryptocurrency space needs to stop allowing these individuals to profit from their followers by dumping tokens repeatedly. The cryptocurrency community @philippbtc also pointed out that due to ZachXBT’s exposure, Rover’s YouTube channel has received a large number of negative comments, which have all been deleted. Rover continues to post on Twitter today, seemingly unaffected, and has blocked ZachXBT.
